Delivery

Microlin Cooper shall deliver the Goods to the Delivery Location at any time after Microlin Cooper notifies the Customer that the Goods are dispatched. Delivery of the Goods shall be completed on the unloading of the Goods at the Delivery Location.

Microlin Cooper shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods that is caused by an Unforeseen Event or the Customer’s failure to provide Microlin Cooper with adequate delivery instructions/any other relevant instructions or information.

The Customer shall notify Microlin Cooper immediately if any Goods have not arrived after 3 Working Days after dispatch. The Supplier shall be under no liability to the Purchaser for damage to or loss of goods in transit unless the purchaser notifies of any damage or loss of goods within 3 working days from receipt, after which time no claim can be made unless in the instance of faulty product.

If the customer refuses delivery, there may be an additional collection and/or redelivery cost applied to the invoice.

Delivery is on a DAP basis for EU deliveries. DDP is possible with prior agreement.

Where the Purchaser’s order specifies a delivery date the Supplier shall make every effort to comply with this date but unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the Supplier shall not be liable for delay of delivery, and the Supplier will not accept any delivery charge penalties or costs in any instance.

PRICE

Microlin Cooper may, by giving notice to the Customer at any time, up to seven (7) Working Days before delivery.

PAYMENT

Microlin Cooper may invoice the Customer for the Goods at any time, whether before or after delivery of the Goods. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check that any invoice is correct and to notify Microlin Cooper within three (3) Working Days from receipt of the invoice of any errors.

Payment terms for credit account holders is 30 days from date of invoice.

CANCELLATIONS & returns

The Order shall not be withdrawn, cancelled, or altered by the Customer prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed by Microlin Cooper in writing.

If the Customer wishes to return any non-faulty Goods to Microlin Cooper, it must first contact Microlin Cooper on the details below and obtain a return authorisation number (which must be included with the returned goods). The Goods must then be returned by the Customer (at the Customer’s own cost) in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Returns can only be accepted before 30 days of receipt.

The Customer shall incur a minimum of 15% and maximum of 25% handling charge in respect of the return of the non-faulty Goods.

Microlin Cooper shall not accept any returns of goods without a return authorisation number. In this event, the goods will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for return costs.

Any goods which have been altered or modified or made bespoke are not eligible for returns. Any non-stock item orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
